I AM EMPOWERED I AM LOVED I AM FREE I AM ME
How do you see yourself after your breakup?
Did you lose yourself a little? ...
Can you become the empowered, loved, free spirit woman you desire to be?
You must start to think differently. You must start to like you, love you.
I found by giving myself the time I needed to look at who I am now and who I was before my relationship helped. Getting to know who I am again, ME was empowering! And by doing this it gave me the strength I needed to focus on the good within myself, the good I forgot about.
So hang out with yourself and find that WOMAN within, the amazing person you are.
I AM WOMAN
ARE YOU GUILTY?
Let's be honest there are times when we feel angry, upset and unsure. We say things that will hurt. Hurt them to make ourselves feel better.
It doesn't help. Being in control of your reaction when dealing with your ex will help.
DIVORCE DRAMA DOESN’T HELP YOUR CHILDREN
You need to be in control for your children.
The next time you need to respond to your ex and want to let loose remember:
Don’t respond when angry on text or email. Leave it for a while and go back to responding, if you need to at all. Sometimes saying nothing is more than enough. Once in print it is always there.
Don’t attack your ex while your children are around, say you are happy to discuss at another time when the children are not around. Walk away and take the time to write down how you feel about the situation. It releases the anger within and doesn’t seem as bad.
Don’t go and tell your children what has just happened with your ex. They don’t need to know anything other than your children have two loving parents.
Don’t use your children against your ex. Divorce is not their fault.
Be the better parent in divorce, for your children and for you.
